RSC Quality Assurance

Quality Austria Zertifikat Quality enhancement is essentially achieved via the implementation of a quality management system in line with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

This is reviewed and certified on an annual basis by Trainings-, Zertifizierungs- und Begutachtungs-GmbH Quality Austria. Furthermore, all processes at RSC are documented with computer support and are depicted graphically.

The quality of services is measured via the continuous review of quality and risk indicators, as well as through Service Level Agreements and Customer Surveys.

The focus is on reducing errors as much as possible (down to a zero error rate) in order to meet the most stringent requirements of our customers. RSC is committed to achieving further progress in this regard, and in 2008 the company carried out initial certification of its internal controlling system in line with ISAE 3402 Type 2.

With this step, RSC has established yet another basis for realising its vision of being the leading service provider for bank and insurance-related processing activities on the domestic and international market.
