Founded in 1997, RSC now serves more than 160 clients – including banks, regional institutions and specialist companies within the Raiffeisen Banking Group. We specialise in banking processes and services as well as inbound and outbound call centre services.

RSC operates from 2 locations: our Head Office in 1190 Vienna and, since 2014, our operational site in Bratislava (Slovakia). We have around 650 employees and in the 2024 financial year, the company generated revenues of approximately €56 million.
