If your previous experience matches the advertised position, we’ll invite you to a first interview – either via MS Teams or at our office, whichever you prefer.
Our request: Be open. That’s what we stand for. Take the opportunity to ask anything that matters to you. We’ll also ask plenty of questions, because only by getting to know each other can we see if we’re a good fit.
If you visit us in person, you’ll also get to see your future workplace. You’ll notice that we’re not only relaxed in our interactions but also embrace a casual dress code

Meet your Manager
In the second interview, you’ll learn more about the role and its day-to-day tasks. And if everything goes well, there’s just one step left: your employment contract.

Discuss your Contract
We’ll send you the contract and go through it with you in detail during an appointment. Once signed, you’re ready to start!

We can’t wait to welcome you on your first day!
At our Welcome Day, you’ll gain insights into our world. We’ll support you throughout your first few weeks to make your start run as smoothly as possible. With e-learning and classroom training, we’ll prepare you perfectly for your area of responsibility.

If you’re joining us straight after school, you’ll start with us as a ‘Junior’. After successfully completing your training, you can become an ‘Agent’. Experienced colleagues can take on additional responsibility as ‘Senior Agents’ or mentors. Of course, you can also change positions within the Raiffeisen network if you’d like toto broaden your expertise.
